What information do we hold?

We hold information in line with our Data Protection Policy. We only hold information that you provide us with e.g. when you register for Furzey Gardens membership, book tickets, make donations, volunteer or sign up for our marketing. We generally keep information as long as required for administration purposes, or until you tell us that you no longer wish to receive marketing communications.

We may seek further information about you in order to process your Furzey Gardens membership application/renewal or to fulfil other responsibilities.

We may also contact you by email, phone or post from time to time, for example to check your information is still up to date.

You can select your preferences for how your information is used by emailing marketing@minsteadtrust.org.uk If you are not currently registered with us, but wish to receive our publications or e-bulletins, we will ask how you wish us to use your information when you contact us.

Access to your information

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email info@minsteadtrust.org.uk or write to Information Office, Minstead Trust, Minstead Lodge, Minstead, Hampshire, SO43 7FT. We may make a small charge for this service. We want to make sure that your personal information is as accurate and up to date as possible. You may ask us to correct or remove this information if you think it is inaccurate.
