Martin Callaghan

As a governor of a special school, I was very aware of the challenges faced by young people with learning difficulties establishing themselves in their adult lives, so I was delighted to join Minstead with its person-centred ethos and diversity of support.

Martin Callaghan was formerly a director of London Underground and a corporate finance partner at PwC. His main areas of expertise are financial and commercial. He has wide corporate governance experience as a non-executive in both private and public sectors, particularly in education, as a Board chair, and on finance and audit committees.

He has a particular interest in developing employment opportunities for people with learning disabilities.
