Jay Powell heads up the Trust’s social enterprises – businesses that bring income into the charity and offer much-needed training and work experience for people with learning disabilities.

Coming from a retail background at John Lewis and Land Securities, I am passionate about customer service and raising awareness about hidden disabilities as well as learning disabilities.

Driving the commercial strategy within my role makes its more purposeful in my every day.
