Heidi Oldrey

Heidi leads the People and Culture Team, who provide Human Resources, Payroll and Volunteer Support.

Heidi’s experience includes Human Resources Director of a not-for-profit social enterprise providing care, support and transport across central southern England for older people and people with a disability. She has also managed a Community Centre, a charity comprising a range of activities including a Dementia café.

More recently she gained invaluable experience in regional roles within retail and infrastructure services.

Heidi enjoys working for Minstead Trust because of its values and the opportunity to work alongside so many inspiring people.
