Adam Dodd

Adam has been the Chief Executive of Minstead Trust since the summer of 2021.

He joined Minstead Trust in December 2016, originally as Director of Finance and Central Services, with responsibility for Finance, Human Resources, IT and Facilities.

Despite spending the previous two years as a carer and volunteer, his background is in the commercial sector.

Before coming to Minstead, Adam joined a private group of companies as a trainee and worked up through a number of operational and managerial roles to become Chief Operations Officer & Finance Director, working across many industries including television production and distribution, TV and film post-production, medical and educational communications, a video art gallery, boutique hotels, property development, property rentals, bars, restaurants, cafés, a private members club, and an educational non-profit.

He has specialised in building organisational infrastructure to enable delivery of projects and products to some of the most recognisable companies in the world, including Discovery Channel, Harper Collins and GlaxoSmithKline.
