As well as our more structured home support we offer through supported living and residential, we can also provide bespoke in-home support.

If you live in Portsmouth, we may be able to help if you are in your own home or living with family and require occasional support.

This could be a few hours a week to help with tasks around the home such as cooking or cleaning. Or it could be support out and about doing your shopping, seeing friends, or pursuing a hobby.

If you are interested in discussing your situation further please do get in touch.

What outreach services do Minstead Trust offer?

Minstead Trust provides outreach services designed to help individuals engage with their local community, manage their daily routines at home, and enjoy meaningful activities and outings.

Our outreach support plans are tailored to each person’s unique preferences, needs, and goals. We take the time to understand their daily routines, interests, and aspirations to ensure we can support them in leading happy, fulfilling, and independent lives. These plans are regularly reviewed and updated, empowering those we support to shape their future and achieve their goals.

Outreach services are designed for people with complex needs who require flexible support. They are ideal for individuals who prefer to remain in their own homes but need assistance with life skills or personal care.

These services also provide valuable respite for family members and caregivers, offering them a much-needed break while ensuring their loved one’s routine remains uninterrupted.
