Floating Day Instructor – A hands-on, creative role with purpose!
Minstead, Near Lyndhurst, New Forest.
Full-Time 37.5 hours per week
8:30am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday
Salary £24,180 per annum
As a Floating Instructor, you’ll bring energy, enthusiasm, and craft skills to a role where no two days are the same!
One day, you’ll be getting your hands dirty in the vegetable patch, helping individuals grow their own produce or you could be guiding gardening sessions, showing the joy of planting, pruning, and creating beautiful outdoor spaces. The next, you’ll be working alongside animals, teaching responsibility and care. Another day, you’ll be leading craft sessions in the studio, sharing skills like weaving, pottery, or woodwork.
Don’t worry if you don’t have all these skills-you can learn them!
Your role isn’t just about delivering activities—it’s about inspiring confidence, unlocking creativity, and empowering individuals to learn new skills in a supportive and engaging environment. If you’re adaptable, hands-on, and love seeing people thrive, this is the perfect opportunity to make a real impact every single day.
