‘I first heard of Minstead Trust when I came to their fete where I witnessed and was impressed by the way in which people with learning disabilities were being supported and encouraged to take an active part in this fundraising event.

‘I have been on the Board of Trustees for several years and am delighted to now serve as Chair.

‘As a parent Trustee, I have personal experience of the Trust’s exceptional care and support services which helps me to better guide our strategy in line with our ambition and values.
My experience comes from many years of working in consulting and human resources strategy within the financial services sector, having held senior leadership roles at several organisations, including Hargreaves Lansdown, NatWest Group and PricewaterhouseCoopers.’
