Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will be providing a variety of administrative and operational support to our Maintenance team, to ensure both planned and reactive works are carried out efficiently.
Assistant Facilities Manager (Trainee)
Location: Based in Minstead, New Forest, with occasional travel to other sites in Hampshire & Dorset
Salary: £25,000 rising to £28,000 with qualification
Hours: Full-time – 37.5 hours per week

Overview of job role:
To ensure our succession plan for this busy and proactive team, we expect the successful candidate to hold or study a professional qualification, and in time develop their skills set to move into the role of Facilities Manager.
Individuals we work with may be living in supported accommodation or accessing services at our Trust owned or operated sites. This means we have a busy varied workload maintaining these premises, which also include the impressive Grade II listed Minstead Loge in the New Forest and the beautiful, thatched tearooms at Furzey Gardens.
